Please note: Vouchers are applied in form of a credit and cannot be used upfront, it can take up to 10 business days to be applied to your account. You will still be required to provide direct debit details.

Our program runs 44 weeks a year and follows the Y’s National Learn to Swim Curriculum, delivered by nationally accredited swimming teachers.

Adult Classes

We offer beginner and intermediate Learn to Swim lessons for adults at Parap Swimming Pool and Casuarina Aquatic and Leisure Centre.

Cancellations

Cancellation of Learn to Swim Lessons 

We’re sorry to see you go! If you wish to cancel your Learn to Swim enrolment, please review the information below and complete the cancellation form. 

How to Cancel 

To request a cancellation, please complete our online cancellation form: Cancellation Form

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted via this form. Requests made via phone, email, or in person will not be accepted as formal notice. 

Notice Period 

A minimum of 2 weeks’ notice is required to cancel your enrolment. 

  • The notice period begins from the date the cancellation form is submitted  
  • Lessons may still be attended during this time  
  • Direct debit payments may still occur during the notice period  

Payments & Charges 

  • Fees may still be charged during the 2-week notice period  
  • No further charges will occur after your final lesson date  
  • Any outstanding balances must be paid prior to cancellation  
  • Any make-up lessons must be used before your final lesson date and cannot be transferred or refunded after cancellation 

Confirmation 

Once your request has been submitted: 

  • Our team will process your cancellation  
  • You will receive a confirmation email within 2–5 business days  
  • This email will include your final lesson date
